Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRIS or HR.

• Experience with SaaS HRIS platforms like Workday or ADP Decidium is a plus.
• Fluent in French; professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Support the HRIS project to transition the payroll and time-management system to ADP Decidium


• Contribute to the various project phases, from testing and user training through to system deployment


• Test the new system according to the provided test plan


• Report any issues identified


• Track the fixes implemented


• Participate in meetings explaining how the system works


• Answer users’ questions and direct them to the appropriate contacts


• Organize user training sessions


• Prepare operating procedures tailored to each user profile


• Collaborate with HR, project teams, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (fourth or fifth year) in HRIS or Human Resources


• Previous experience with HR tools or project management is a plus


• Proficiency in Google Sheets, particularly for data analysis


• Interest in generative AI models (Gemini, Claude, Studio AI, etc.)


• Interest in HR tools


• Experience with SaaS HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP Decidium is a plus


• Fluent French


• Professional working proficiency in English


• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills


• Excellent interpersonal skills


• Curiosity, proactivity, and an interest in innovative topics
