TD SYNNEX is seeking an enthusiastic sales-focused professional to co-own key accounts, drive outbound calls, and develop new opportunities within the TD SYNNEX portfolio. You will build strong customer relationships, plan account activities, and negotiate pricing and promotions to achieve revenue targets.

The role emphasizes proactive inside selling, KPI attainment, and effective use of CRM to manage backorders and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or equivalent educational background.
• Numerate with good attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Prior experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry and CRM is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maximizes call potential and outcomes using different sources to gain information on the customer.
• Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.
• Conversations with customers around a solution/product area.
• Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, offers and promotions.
• Manage customer backorder and ensure SLA adherence.
• Develops partner relationships through account planning and cross-selling.
• Builds a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM and drives opportunities to closure.
