TD SYNNEX is seeking a customer-focused Sales Administrator to own the full cycle of sales administration. You will accurately process orders, amend records, and handle customer portals, feeds, and back order management while collaborating with Account Managers and internal teams.

You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Ownership of any customer related administration including the use of Portals, customer feeds and back order management
• Ensure all orders/ amendments/ reports are actioned within agreed SLA’s, providing an exceptional level of service to the customer
• Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments
• Take responsibility for ensuring any escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
• Take on any other duties as requested by their line manager to support the sales function to achieve agreed KPI’s
