SPX Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist in a hybrid, client-facing role. You will help generate quotes, process orders, handle payments, and support outside sales while ensuring excellent customer service via phone and email.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accurate documentation, and proactive problem solving to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• We require 2+ years in inside sales, customer service, or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
