CSS is seeking a Representative - Inside Sales to engage with existing customers and increase sales of our products and services. You will obtain, create, and up-sell orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and adding value to the buying experience.

You will focus on proactive selling to grow current accounts and collaborate with outside sales to meet goals. You will qualify and develop opportunities from marketing and national accounts, prepare quotations, review orders, and communicate delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and sales administration; capable professional contributor.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and enter orders via email and phone, explain delivery dates.
• Upsell and expand orders by referencing product features.
• Qualify and develop opportunities from marketing and outside sales.
• Suggest process improvements to accelerate quotes and orders.
• Monitor open orders and keep customers informed of status and delivery.
