Figma, a leading design platform, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Paris hub. You will manage existing customer accounts, drive expansions, and handle renewals while learning our product suite and sales processes.

You will collaborate with Support, Order Management, and Marketing, qualify inbound prospects, and contribute to strategic initiatives as a founding member of the team. Bilingual English/French is required.

Qualifications

• Desire to build a Sales career with progression to senior roles
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products
• Collaborates across Sales, Support, Billing, and Marketing
• Fluent in English and French

Responsabilités

• Communicate with existing customer accounts via email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing
• Close inbound subscription expansions and enterprise upgrades
• Handle inbound billing requests including renewals and payment terms
• Close targeted outbound account renewals
• Qualify and route inbound sales requests
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns to drive expansion and retention
