Figma is expanding its Inside Sales team in Paris. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help our existing customers scale, manage requests, and close deals from a large book of accounts.

You will build knowledge across our product platform and sales processes while partnering with Support, Billing, and Marketing. You will also gain experience qualifying and routing inbound prospects to an aligned Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.
• Interest in Sales and SaaS.
• Collaborates across teams such as Sales, Support, Billing, and Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with existing customer accounts via email, Zoom, and pricing discussions.
• Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, including adding products or licenses and upgrades.
• Manage inbound billing requests (renewals, payment terms).
• Close targeted outbound account renewals.
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests.
• Partner with Marketing to drive expansion and retention across all products.
