Figma is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow our Paris hub. You will manage existing customer accounts, close expansion requests, and upgrade to Enterprise plans while partnering with Support, Billing, and Marketing.

This role offers a clear growth path toward Senior Inside Sales Representative and Account Executive. Fluent English and French are required, and the role emphasizes collaboration across multiple teams, learning new products and policies, and a strong drive to achieve

Responsabilités

• Communicate with existing customer accounts via email, Zoom, and other channels about Figma’s platform and pricing
• Close inbound subscriptions expansions and upgrades to Enterprise Plan
• Handle inbound billing requests including renewals and payment changes
• Close targeted outbound account renewals and qualify inbound sales requests
• Partner with Marketing to run campaigns that maximise expansion and retention across products
• Qualify and route inbound opportunities to Account Executives across teams
