Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders in Paris. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll support existing customers, learn our platform, and help expand adoption across a large book of accounts.

You will work with Support, Billing, and Marketing to qualify requests, close renewals, and route opportunities to Account Executives. This full-time role can be based from our Paris Hub, with a path toward senior sales roles.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with existing customer accounts about Figma's platform and pricing.
• Close inbound sales requests for subscriptions expansions and upgrades.
• Manage inbound billing requests including renewals and payment terms.
• Close targeted outbound account renewals.
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests.
• Partner with Marketing to drive expansion and retention across all products.
