Job summary

Murex in Paris seeks an Inside Sales professional to drive growth across Southern Europe by identifying and qualifying opportunities in the capital markets space. Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development or a similar commercial role.
• Fluency in English and Italian and/or Spanish.
• Experience selling to banks, asset managers, financial institutions, ideally in Southern Europe.
• Proven ability to identify, engage and qualify senior stakeholders in complex B2B settings.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across the capital markets ecosystem via outbound prospecting, campaigns, events, social selling and inbound leads.
• Generate qualified opportunities by understanding client challenges in trading, treasury, risk management and operations.
• Assess opportunities with BD, Sales, Pre-sales and Client Management to align with growth priorities.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders within financial institutions.
• Support Murex footprint growth by targeting new accounts and market segments.
• Maintain understanding of capital markets trends to boost prospecting effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional teams to define target accounts and refine qualification strategies.
• Ensure accurate activity tracking, pipeline progression and CRM data quality.
• Provide market intelligence and client feedback to improve commercial strategies.
• Facilitate smooth handover of qualified opportunities to Sales teams with clear context.
