Job summary

Murex, a global fintech leader in trading, risk management and processing solutions for capital markets, seeks an Inside Sales professional based in Paris to grow business across Southern Europe by identifying, engaging and qualifying opportunities within banks, asset managers and financial institutions.

You will generate qualified opportunities, manage early-stage interactions and hand over to Sales teams, collaborating with Pre-sales and Client Management to expand Murex's footprint across

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or business development within B2B environments.
• Ability to identify, engage and qualify senior stakeholders.
• Strong KPI mindset with focus on pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients across capital markets ecosystems through outbound prospecting, campaigns, events, social selling and inbound lead management.
• Generate qualified opportunities by understanding client challenges related to trading, treasury, risk management, operations and regulatory change.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales and Client Management to ensure alignment with growth priorities and smooth handovers of qualified opportunities.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders within financial institutions and support expansion in new accounts and segments.
• Maintain accurate tracking of activities and pipeline progression in CRM with high data quality.
