Job summary

Viral Nation is seeking an Influencer Supervisor in France for a three-month contract. You will lead day-to-day client engagement, manage influencer campaigns, and mentor junior staff while optimizing performance across tiers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy, talent, media, and creative efforts, ensuring timely delivery and impactful client communications.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer role.
• Experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned, different tiers and segments.
• Strong understanding of influencers and social media landscape.
• Experience creating social content and measuring performance for social/influencer programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and campaign updates across assigned accounts.
• Manage end-to-end influencer programs across tiers, including partnerships.
• Oversee creator operations and data tracking for accuracy across platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities with the Account Director.
• Ensure operational discipline with accurate workflows and reporting standards.
• Manage campaign budgets and day-to-day financial oversight within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, PR, Creative and Production teams for seamless coordination.
• Support strategic planning, client growth, and long-term roadmaps.
