Viral Nation is seeking an Influencer Supervisor for a 3‑month contract in France. You will lead day‑to‑day client engagement, manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution and measurable results.

You will mentor junior team members, leverage data tracking, and optimize campaigns while maintaining strong client communication. This role focuses on delivering strategic insights and scalable processes in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• Five years+ in a client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer role.
• Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned, different tiers and segments.
• Strong understanding of influencers and social media landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement and operational flow across accounts.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across influencer programs, including partnerships across tiers.
• Oversee creator operations and campaign tracking across internal platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities with the Account Director.
• Maintain system accuracy, workflow consistency, and reporting standards.
