Job summary

Eco-Adapt, a start-up within the Schaeffler Group, is looking for a Key Account / Partnership Manager in Paris. You will manage a strategic framework contract with a key partner and drive business volume through this channel, reporting to the Industry Business Development Director.

You will combine business development with technical product management, structuring adaptation projects and feeding the R&D roadmap with partner needs. Join a dynamic, energy-focused team.

Qualifications

• French engineering degree from a Group A+/A school.
• Fluency in French and English; strong technical background.
• 2–6 years in strategy or transformation consulting; deep-tech interest.
• Interest in Industry 4.0 and technological products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with the client and remove barriers to increase business volume.
• Structure, launch and manage technology adaptation projects for partner products.
• Negotiate and manage framework contracts and new deals.
