Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a forward-thinking industrial tech company to hire an AI Engineer based in France. You will build production-grade AI systems addressing real-world industrial challenges across utilities, manufacturing, logistics, and energy.

You will design agentic AI runtimes, multimodal data pipelines, and CV components, delivering end-to-end solutions from data ingestion to frontend interfaces, with a focus on reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production AI systems; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience with agentic AI products and production systems.
• Startup experience in zero-to-one product development.
• Strong AI/ML background for physical-world systems.
• Experience with large-scale industrial data (video, sensors, telemetry).
• Multimodal AI pipelines combining CV with structured data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship core AI capabilities of an industrial intelligence platform.
• Develop agent runtimes and orchestration for specialized agents.
• Create context assembly systems using ontologies and memory.
• Build multimodal data pipelines with video and sensor data.
• Implement CV capabilities (YOLO, OpenCV) for industrial use.
• Develop interfaces and dashboards for decision-support and auditing.
