Fabriq, the Operating System for production shop floors, seeks an AI/Data Engineering Manager in Paris. You will lead a small team, craft data pipelines, and advance AI features for operators, managers, and leadership. The role blends hands-on engineering with coaching and strategic roadmap work.

You should have 5–8 years in data roles, 1–2 years managing people, and a Master’s degree. Hybrid Paris-based setup with competitive compensation and strong tech culture.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in data engineering or data analytics with 1–2 years of people management.
• Experience building production data pipelines (ETL/ELT) with governance and quality.
• Hands-on with SQL and Python; comfortable with AI features in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to data engineering work, pair with the team, coach, and hire.
• Design, implement and operate ETL/ELT pipelines on shop-floor data.
• Co-build the roadmap and deliver AI features for leaders and managers.
