OpenAI in Paris seeks an Applied AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI systems delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers. You will write and debug code, build evaluation systems, and guide decisions on model behavior, latency, and security.

You will work hands-on across prototypes, integrations, and production accelerators, partnering with OpenAI Product, Security, and customer teams. This is a hybrid Paris role with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python for building AI systems and tooling.
• Experience designing and deploying machine learning pipelines in production.
• Strong communication with customers and cross-functional teams.
