Job summary

Riot, a product-led cybersecurity awareness platform, is seeking a senior growth marketer to own multi-country paid acquisition and AI-driven optimization. You will allocate budgets, shape the strategy, build campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and more, and collaborate closely with sales to maximize invoiced ARR.

Based in Paris or willing to relocate, you will lead asset creation, localization for markets, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or performance marketing
• Experience owning strategy and a significant paid budget
• Strong multi-channel campaign execution across markets

Responsibilities

• Allocate spend by market and platform with CAC targets
• Run the full channel mix (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) across markets
• Build ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts with sales
• Implement AI-driven campaign optimization and reporting
• Create and optimize assets: creative, copy, landing pages, localization
• Align strategy with sales and leadership, provide weekly updates
