Hub OS, a hotel operations SaaS, seeks an Implementation Specialist France to lead onboarding of our software for clients, on-site or remotely. Reporting to the Quality Director, you will configure modules, gather requirements, train users, and ensure successful go-lives across properties while traveling up to 50%.

Your role demands strong hospitality know-how, excellent communication, and the ability to work across Sales and Support teams in a fast-growing global environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar implementation role.
  • Strong hospitality industry background experience with hotel operations or hospitalitytech platforms (PMS, Revenue Management, Channel Managers) preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of hotel operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to grasp new technical concepts.
  • Knowledgeable about hospitality tech trends and competitive products.
  • Confident working with IT solutions, SaaS, and cloud-based platforms (no formal IT degree required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Skilled at explaining system functionalities and benefits clearly, adapting tone and detail to the audience.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset while able to work independently.

Responsabilités

  • Lead onboarding plans for each client based on contracted modules and requirements.
  • Guide clients to complete configuration files for accurate system setup.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements for live environment configuration.
  • Configure and calibrate the software to reflect hotel processes.
  • Serve as primary contact during implementation with clear communication.
  • Advise clients on adapting processes to align with the software.
  • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously to meet timelines.
  • Deliver training and support during UAT and testing cycles.
  • Collaborate with Sales during final stages for a smooth handover.
  • Identify blockers and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create documentation for client understanding and internal training.
  • Develop product knowledge to address client questions during and after implementation.
  • Support live installations with timely issue logging and resolution.

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist France who leads the successful onboarding of our software solutions, either on-site or remotely, ensuring a seamless implementation tailored to each client’s operational needs. Reporting directly to the Quality Director, this is a position where you work collaboratively with Sales and Support teams and with stakeholders, actively participating in the configuration and implementation of our software.

Your mission:
  • Design and present comprehensive project onboarding plans for each client, basedon contracted modules and specific requirements.
  • Guide clients to complete the required configuration files on time, enabling accuratesystem setup and customization according to their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with new clients to gather requirements for building their liveenvironment and configuring the system to optimize operational workflows.
  • Configure and calibrate the software solution to reflect each hotel’s operationalprocesses.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation, ensuring clearcommunication and efficient progress.
  • Advise clients on adapting operational processes to align with our software solution.
  • Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, prioritizing strategically to meettimelines.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and support during UAT/testing cycles.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team during final stages for a smooth client handover.
  • Identify implementation blockers and opportunities for process improvement.

Required qualifications:
