Alan, a health tech company redefining prevention insurance, is hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. We are building a global leading company with a unique culture and a small, talented engineering team that ships fast and owns what they build.

We are looking for a full-stack engineer with 3+ years of experience who can craft delightful UIs and robust APIs, contribute to design systems, and push the boundaries of AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles.
• Experience building internal tools, frameworks, CLIs, or libraries that improve developer workflows.
• Strong frontend development skills and understanding of modern UI practices.
• You've contributed to design systems, component libraries, or accessibility initiatives.
• You care about creating delightful experiences, whether building UIs or APIs.
