Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Full Stack Engineer – AI Systems based in France to own production-grade AI applications transforming how users manage emails, calendars, notes, and tasks.

You will work at the intersection of full-stack engineering and AI, building intelligent agents with LLMs, memory, and RAG workflows. This remote role offers strong ownership in a greenfield product environment.

Qualifications

• Full-stack experience with modern tech and frameworks, esp. Next.js, Python, Node.js.
• Hands-on AI engineering, RAG or LLM integration.
• System design, API design, distributed systems, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Reliable AI app development with latency considerations and graceful degradation.
• DevOps and cloud infra experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Problem-solving, ambiguity navigation, independent judgment, and ownership.
• Strong product intuition and user-centric focus.
• Collaborative work with cross-functional teams on scalable product development.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end full-stack functionality across frontend interfaces, backend services, and AI integrations.
• Design intelligent agent workflows with planning, multi-session recovery, and tool interactions.
• Integrate AI technologies including LLMs, memory architectures, RAG, and external APIs.
• Develop real-time experiences with streaming, latency considerations, and responsive UI.
• Improve observability, monitoring, error handling, and recovery strategies.
• Evaluate AI performance from telemetry and user feedback to guide improvements.
• Design scalable architectures with ML and backend teams for robust APIs.
• Drive features from concept through production with ownership.
• Champion user-centric engineering with resilient AI features.
