Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Engineer (AI-Native) based in France. You will own features end-to-end, from problem statement to production, working with AI agents as your primary development partners within a remote, international team.

You will review AI-generated implementations, ensure reliability, and drive AI-first development practices while collaborating across architecture, integrations, and product ownership.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering experience with end-to-end ownership of production systems.
• Background as a backend engineer, software architect, or senior IC.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) as part of daily development.

Responsabilités

• Own features end-to-end from problem to production.
• Identify what needs to be built without detailed specs.
• Collaborate with external partners for integrations and sandbox access.
• Create and review product and technical specifications with AI agents.
• Review AI-generated code for reliability and correctness.
• Ensure delivery meets high standards for production readiness.
