Jobgether SRL in France is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (Backend Leaning) – Platform Engineering to help build foundational systems powering AI products used by millions of users worldwide. You will contribute to user management, workspaces, authentication, and resource access in a remote, autonomy-rich environment.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with Product, Sales, and customer-facing teams, and design scalable permission and access services.

Qualifications

• Strong Python proficiency and ability to develop backend services.
• Backend engineering background with frontend flexibility.
• Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, cloud tools, storage, and data structures.
• Testing practices, security fundamentals, and robust production systems.
• Ability to learn large codebases, understand dependencies, and make careful changes.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain foundational systems for user management, workspaces, permissions, and resources.
• Improve customer-facing experiences like API key management and login flows.
• Own features end-to-end from backend to admin interfaces.
• Design reusable authorization and resource-management services.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and other engineers to translate feedback into improvements.
