Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale production-grade AI systems that power the next generation of intelligent commerce. This freelance role is based in Paris or Bordeaux with one remote day per week.

You will work at the intersection of Software Engineering, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to deliver AI-native products and agentic capabilities used by Mirakl customers and internal teams. Join a fast-evolving AI program and contribute to overall product strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software/ML Engineering or Applied AI.
• Strong Python and production-grade AI systems experience.
• Experience designing agentic AI workflows and scalable architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems for Mirakl.
• Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and multimodal AI.
• Create scalable agentic workflows with memory, tools, and guardrails.
• Ensure reliability, observability, and security across the AI stack.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and users to deliver measurable impact.
