Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager, Automation Intelligence for a fully remote role based in France. You will lead a senior team delivering a high‑impact intelligence platform to distinguish legitimate AI agents from automated traffic, with an emphasis on reliability and scalability.

You will drive roadmap, performance targets, and detection quality while championing an AI-native, agent-enabled development model. Collaboration with leadership and product partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering leadership overseeing software engineers and product delivery.
• Experience evaluating designs, PRs, and architecture.
• Strong background in bot detection, security, or high-volume APIs.
• Proven ability to establish data-driven testing, monitoring, and SLOs.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering roadmap from beta to GA and launch.
• Define and validate performance, latency, and SLO targets.
• Maintain detection quality with datasets and regression tests.
• Guide AI-agent based development and classification improvements.
• Lead recruitment and develop a high-performing team.
• Define standards for code reviews, docs, and SDKs.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to reduce dependencies.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs to leadership and partners.
