ThunderSoft is seeking an on-site IDC technician in Paris to manage 5×8 duties, monitor infrastructure, and perform facility inspections as per client requirements.

You will maintain accurate infrastructure data, respond to incidents promptly, and work with multiple teams to ensure high availability and uptime. English and local language skills are essential, with collaboration across regional teams encouraged.

• English plus local language and/or Chinese for cross-team coordination.

Responsabilités

• Perform on-site IDC duties (5×8) per client requirements and be available outside regular hours.
• Update and maintain infrastructure information with high accuracy and monitor system availability.
• Inspect IDC facilities and review MOPs for maintenance/repair per client requirements.
• Respond to incidents promptly following IT operations guidelines and report them.
• Understand IDC infrastructure (power, HVAC, low-voltage systems) and quickly locate faults to restore service.
• Monitor infrastructure aspects (capacity, security, availability) to improve efficiency.
• Create and implement change MOPs to avoid incidents from changes.
• Complete tasks per Service Contract and related attachments.
