ThunderSoft in Île-de-France (Saint-Denis) seeks an IDC technician to perform continuous on-site duties, respond to incidents, and execute work orders in line with client SLAs.

You will operate in the IDC environment, use monitoring systems, manage tickets and SOPs, and carry out site surveys, equipment deployment, and reporting.

Candidates should have an associate degree in computer-related disciplines and basic data center knowledge, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and IT equipment.

Qualifications

• Full-time associate degree or equivalent and above.
• Major in computer-related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of data center management.

Responsabilités

• Perform 7×24 and 5×8 IDC on-site duties as per Client requirements.
• Respond to incidents and execute work orders in accordance with service SLA requirements.
• Be familiar with IDC environment and monitoring systems, proactively identifying risks through routine inspections.
• Be proficient in the ticketing system and SOP workflows, independently completing all work orders with zero errors.
• Have a thorough understanding of IDC equipment and perform site surveys, on-site support, minor construction, and issue reporting.
