Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant covering air, rail, and hotel bookings.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Background in customer service roles is a must.
• Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts between 7 AM and 7 PM.

Responsabilités

• Provide top-tier travel support via chat, calls, and emails.
• Guide customers in self-service options on the platform.
• Accurately handle bookings for hotels, flights, and cars.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on suppliers and travel industry.

Connaissances

Experience in travel consultancy (3+ years)

Fluency in French and English

Customer service in contact center

Tech skills: Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce

Ability to multitask and resolve urgent matters
