Job summary

Chastain and Associates LLC is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to oversee IDOT Phase I–III projects across multiple offices while tracking the project backlog. The role includes managing client relationships and pursuing new opportunities with the Business Development Team.

You will also lead current Phase I/II and county/municipal transportation projects and mentor staff. Flexible hybrid schedule is available, with locations in Illinois and Indiana; PE license or ability to obtain is

Qualifications

• PE license in Illinois or ability to obtain
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
• 10+ years of experience on IDOT roadway and bridge design projects and staff mentoring

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple IDOT Phase I–III projects across offices and manage project backlog.
• Manage client relationships and cultivate new business with Business Development for IDOT PTB opportunities.
• Lead current IDOT Phase I/II and County/Municipal transportation projects and mentor civil engineering staff.
