Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager, PE to join our expanding team in Minnesota. The role focuses on planning, development, and completion of municipal infrastructure projects with emphasis on client satisfaction and budget management.

The successful candidate will have a PE license, a civil engineering degree, and 10+ years of experience. This hybrid position offers opportunities across multiple communities and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 10+ years' progressive experience in civil engineering, including municipal infrastructure.
• Experience with client relationship management and business development.
• Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
• Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships.
• Experience conducting community meetings and communication.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
