Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Superintendent for heavy civil construction in Indianapolis. The role focuses on hands-on field leadership, with emphasis on earthwork, underground utilities, and paving across large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate will have INDOT/DOT highway project exposure, proven team leadership, and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. This position requires strong on-site supervision and coordination with project management.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities and paving.

The search is focused on hands-on field leaders with a strong background in earthwork, underground utilities, and paving, ideally with experience delivering INDOT highway and roadway and other large scale projects.
