Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for EMEA Startups in France to craft data and AI architectures for new logos and growth accounts in the Paris region. You will engage founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders to shape cloud-native solutions and drive measurable business value.

You will work with startups to translate priorities into data, AI, and platform use cases, leading technical sales motions from discovery to adoption and collaborating with the broader field engineering team to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or technical architecture role.
• Experience leading discovery and architecture discussions with senior technical decision-makers.
• Experience designing distributed data systems and cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on programming in Python, SQL, Scala or Java.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with key stakeholders.
• Define success criteria and develop solution architectures for customers.
• Deliver demonstrations and guide proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering to remove blockers and drive adoption.
• Translate business priorities into data, analytics, AI, and platform use cases.
• Partner with startups to build technical wins and accelerate time to value.
