Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect for EMEA Startups in the Paris region. You will engage founders, CTOs, and technical leaders to identify high-impact data/AI use cases, shape architectures, and drive adoption of the Databricks platform across startups and SMBs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or technical architecture role.
• Experience leading technical discovery with software/data teams and senior decision-makers.
• Designing and architecting distributed data systems and cloud-native solutions.
• Hands-on programming in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.

Responsabilités

• Partner with startups account executives to build technical account strategy for acquiring new logos and growing Databricks consumption.
• Engage founders and CTOs to translate business priorities into data/analytics/AI use cases.
• Lead the technical sales motion from discovery to adoption with architecture, demos, sizing, and proofs of concept.
• Provide leadership across data engineering, data warehousing, analytics, ML, GenAI, and cloud-native workloads.
• Connect customer outcomes to the Databricks platform to drive confident architectural decisions.
• Prioritize high-value engagements using consumption signals and architecture context.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services to remove blockers and accelerate adoption.
