Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Customer Technology Advisor for Digital Workplace Services in Courbevoie. You will drive pre‑sales activities, deliver engaging demos, and shape technical solutions for customers in a hybrid role.

You will collaborate with Consulting, Advisory and Architecture teams, align with alliance partners, and showcase the value of Kyndryl's Digital Workplace capabilities across complex deals.

Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge of Digital Workplace services.
• Experience translating technical knowledge into actionable customer insights.
• Prior selling experience in Consult, Build and Managed Services.
• Externally recognized as an expert with relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full pre‑sales process across Sales, Pre‑Sales & Delivery.
• Develop compelling demos, proofs of concepts, and prototypes for customers.
• Build strong alliances with external partners to co‑create solutions.
• Translate customer needs into differentiated Digital Workplace offerings.
