Kyndryl Inc. in the Paris region seeks a Managing Consultant to assess complex IT transformations, define pragmatic roadmaps, and drive implementation with a strong consulting mindset.

You will partner with CIOs, CTOs, IT Operations Directors, and executive committees on large-scale modernization, governance, and IT transformation initiatives, shaping operating models and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or related discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in IT, including 6 years in a comparable role.
• Significant experience in management consulting and/or the transformation of a large IT organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Based in the Paris region, with mobility depending on client assignments.
• ITIL, SAFe, Cloud, SRE, or DevOps certifications are valued.

Responsabilités

• Assess IT organizations, governance, processes, and performance.
• Develop strategic recommendations and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Designing Target Operating Models and evolving organizations around products, platforms, and services.
• Transform IT practices using ITIL 4, SRE, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, and Agile at scale.
• Defining performance indicators and effective management mechanisms.
• Engaging stakeholders and embedding the adoption of new ways of working.
