Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Managing Consultant in IT Strategy & Transformation (IT H/F) in Courbevoie, near Paris. You will lead large-scale modernization and performance improvement initiatives for CIOs, CTOs, and executive committees, shaping future operating models and governance.

You will apply ITIL 4, SRE and DevSecOps practices, collaborate across teams, and drive tangible outcomes while mentoring client organizations toward sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in IT, including 6 years in a comparable role.
• Significant experience in management consulting and/or transformation of a large IT organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English; based in the Paris region with mobility for client assignments.

Responsabilités

• Assess IT organizations, governance, processes and performance.
• Develop strategic recommendations and actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Design Target Operating Models and evolve organizations around products, platforms and services.
• Transform IT practices using ITIL 4, SRE, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps and Agile at scale.
• Define performance indicators and effective management mechanisms.
• Engage stakeholders and embed adoption of new ways of working.
