Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a strategic finance and analytics professional to join the Global Markets team in Paris. You will partner with Country Managers across EMEA to drive reporting, KPI tracking, and investment decisions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytical roles such as FP&A, strategy or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis; SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a Country Manager on performance management, KPIs and OKRs.
• Develop growth levers and translate into investment cases and initiatives.
• Lead budgeting and annual planning discussions, outlining risks and opportunities.
• Lead EMEA monthly business reviews and analyze drivers of variance.
• Conduct regional business trend deep dives with data extraction and visualization.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to understand drivers of performance for KPIs.
