ANINE BING Paris HQ is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team and own the full P&L from net sales to EBITDA across retail, e-commerce and wholesale.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis and monthly close, partnering with Retail, E‑Commerce, Wholesale, Merchandising and Supply Chain to drive performance.

Based in Paris with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, you will build processes, challenge drivers, and support senior leadership on strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years FP&A/controlling experience with company-wide scope.
• Retail experience in fashion with multi-channel store network.
• Full P&L ownership across top line to EBITDA.
• Strong margin expertise in markdowns, promotions and costs.
• Advanced Excel / modeling; ERP experience (NetSuite a plus) and BI tools.
• Fluent English; professional French preferred.
• Strong communication to challenge senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the company-wide P&L view from net sales to EBITDA across channels and regions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning with consolidated inputs.
• Manage margin analysis by channel, market, and SKU with recommendations.
• Own FP&A month-end close and global management reporting package.
• Partner with Retail, E‑Commerce, Wholesale, Merchandising and Supply Chain leaders.
• Design and improve FP&A processes, automate reporting with BI tools.
• Prepare materials for executive and board reviews; mentor juniors.
