A dynamic tech organization in Paris seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insights. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience and holds a higher degree in Business Finance or Accounting. Responsibilities include managing financial reporting, collaboration with tax advisors, and enhancing processes for accuracy in finance operations. This role offers a gross annual salary between €55k-65k, a hybrid work model, and exceptional health benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven track record in accounting and business partnering.
• Experience in a growing SME is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the company’s Finance Operations and drive FP&A.
• Produce and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with tax advisors and ensure compliance.

Connaissances

Bilingual in French and English

Data-driven and highly analytical

Strong strategic vision and business acumen

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiar with accounting software

Autonomous and rigorous

Curious, empathetic, and team player

Formation

Higher degree in Business Finance or Accounting
