Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Analyst for France & Netherlands on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Paris. You will partner with Country Managers across EMEA to drive performance reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision making, translating complex data into actionable narratives for senior leadership.

The role requires strong financial modeling, SQL capability, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytical role such as Strategic Finance, FP&A, strategy/consulting, or operations.
• Bachelor’s or higher in finance, economics, math, accounting, engineering or statistics; MBA a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis, SQL experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to synthesize data into senior-level narratives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Country Managers to drive KPI development and performance analysis.
• Develop insights on levers for growth and efficiency, translating into investment cases.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and capital allocation discussions.
• Lead monthly regional business reviews and explain drivers of variance to goals.
• Model regulatory/regulatory action implications and propose mitigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface regional insights and opportunities.
• Perform deep-dive analyses of markets, trends, and regional product impacts.
