Airbnb is seeking a Global Markets Strategic Finance & Analytics professional in Paris to partner with Country Managers across EMEA, driving KPI reporting, budgeting, and strategic investment cases. You will build financial models, provide actionable insights, and present to senior leadership.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A or strategy, a quantitative degree, and fluency in English and French. Hybrid Paris-based role with a base pay range of 64,000–75,000 EUR and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytical role such as FP&A, strategy, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; MBA a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and data storytelling skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Country Managers in driving performance management and KPI analysis.
• Develop investment cases and initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis; present to senior leaders.
• Build ad hoc reporting and deep dives into regional business trends across EMEA.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for executives.
