Quobly, based in Grenoble, is building quantum computing hardware and growing internationally. We are seeking a People operations specialist to run reliable HR operations, payroll, onboarding, and offboarding, and to own the HRIS.

You will collaborate with managers across teams, ensure data quality, and continuously improve HR processes in a fast-evolving environment while balancing work-life with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in personnel administration and payroll
• Experience implementing or administering an HRIS is a plus
• Ability to own end-to-end processes and meet deadlines
• Fluency in French and English

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding and offboarding and payroll inputs
• Administer the HRIS and ensure data quality
• Coordinate payroll with external provider and resolve discrepancies
• Improve workflows for an international environment
• Support HR operations and admin tasks for employees
