Quobly, based in Grenoble, seeks a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-growing quantum tech company. You will coordinate communications with partners, manage the CEO’s schedule, and help orchestrate the next funding round while aligning with Quobly’s international strategy.

The role requires 3–8 years in strategic roles, fluency in French and English, and a track record in high-tech or deep tech environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a top business school, engineering school, political science program, or equivalent.
• 3–8 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage the CEO's schedule and external relations.
• Coordinate the next funding round and set up the data room.
• Prepare briefing materials and presentation decks for the CEO.
• Engage daily with the executive committee and external partners.
