Yara International ASA invites applications for an HR Advisor based in La Défense, France. The role is a full-time, fixed-term contract of at least 10 months, with potential extension, and a hybrid work setup combining on-site and remote work.

The candidate will manage HR compliance, data, reporting, and processes while building strong stakeholder relationships. Fluency in French and English is required, with SAP SuccessFactors, GDPR knowledge, and HR IT systems experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education with minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Experience with French employment law and GDPR/data privacy requirements.
• Experience with HR IT systems, data management, and HR reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data visualization.
• Hands-on with HR analytics tools and HR reporting.
• Power BI or similar data visualization tools is advantageous.
• Experience optimizing HR processes and harmonizing workflows.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors; ServiceNow or SharePoint is advantageous.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain HR systems, portals and employee data with accuracy and compliance.
• Handle data changes, mass updates, and HR documentation efficiently.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant data storage, archiving, and record management.
• Create, update and publish HR policies, procedures and communications.
• Provide HR operational support to employees and managers.
• Collaborate with Global Mobility, IT and other stakeholders to deliver HR services.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
• Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc reports with data accuracy.
• Support Global Mobility processes and expatriate employees during international assignments.
• Monitor and report HR metrics including workforce and DEI KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across HR operations and employee experience.
