Yara International ASA in Paris La Défense seeks an HR Advisor for a full-time fixed-term contract of at least 10 months, with a focus on HR compliance and process excellence. You will manage data, policies, and stakeholder relationships to deliver reliable HR services.

The role requires expertise in GDPR, HR reporting, and operations, and offers collaboration across HR, Global Mobility, IT, and other teams in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education with minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Experience with French employment law and GDPR/data privacy requirements.
• Experience with HR IT systems, data management, and HR reporting.

Responsabilités

• Maintain HR systems, portals and employee data, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Manage employee data changes and HR documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant data storage, record management, and e-archiving processes.
• Create, update, translate, and publish HR policies, procedures, articles, and communications.
• Provide HR operational support to employees and managers, resolving inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, Global Mobility, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver HR services.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc reports with accuracy.
• Support Global Mobility processes and expatriate employees.
• Monitor HR metrics including DEI and operational KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement across HR operations.

Within Yara Europe, HR Regional Operations ensures smooth processes, high-quality data, and efficient services across all HR functions.

The People Services team, part of this unit, is now looking for anHR Advisor to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term contract of at least 10 months, with the possibility of extension. The role will be based in our office in La Défense, France.
We are looking for an independent HR professional with an expertise in managing HR compliance and HR processes, while effectively developing and nurturing good stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR systems, portals and employee data, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Manage employee data changes, mass updates, and HR documentation in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant data storage, record management, and e-archiving processes.
• Create, update, translate, and publish HR policies, procedures, knowledge articles, and communications.
• Provide HR operational support to employees and managers, resolving inquiries and delivering excellent service.
• Collaborate with HR, Global Mobility, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless HR services.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare and distribute regular and ad hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and stakeholder access.
• Support Global Mobility processes and expatriate employees throughout international assignments.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including workforce, DE&I, and operational performance KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations, reporting, and employee experience.

Profile

• Degree-level education with minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, depending on seniority
• Proven experience working with French employment law, GDPR/data privacy requirements, HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes
• Proven experience working with HR IT systems, data management, and HR reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify and visualize complex data
• Hands-on experience with HR analytics tools; solid skills in HR reporting and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools is an advantage
• Experience in optimizing and harmonizing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (HR Service Delivery module is a plus); experience with ServiceNow or SharePoint is an advantage
• Fluent in French and English; additional proficiency in German, Finnish, Italian, Sanish, or Swedish is an advantage
