Job summary

AXA Group Operations seeks a senior data management leader to drive the Data Management Center of Excellence and modernize data practices to support AI, data governance, and data quality across AXA's global entities.

You will collaborate with CDOs, CTOs, and business leaders to set standards, promote best practices, and accelerate data-driven decisions within a complex, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in operational data management including governance, metadata and quality management.
• Experience with insurance data and AI use cases is a plus.
• Strong ability to abstract concepts and draft frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Management CoE and generalize best practices across group frameworks.
• Evolve data management to support AI and unstructured data needs.
• Support entities in implementing data management practices and manage the Data Management Community.
• Provide SME support to flagship AXA initiatives like Tech, Data & Operations Strategy and AI Scaling.
