AXA Group is seeking a Group Head Data & AI Strategic and Partnership to shape the enterprise-wide data and AI agenda across a global, federated insurance group. You will translate strategy into priorities, oversee a small team, and steward a high-value external ecosystem to accelerate value creation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative, technology, business, or related discipline.
• 5-10 years of progressive experience spanning strategy, data, technology, and AI with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record shaping and executing enterprise-wide Data & AI or digital strategies in a large, international organisation.
• Substantive experience in insurance, with understanding of operating model, P&L drivers and regulatory environment.

Responsabilités

• Shape and evolve the Group-wide Data & AI strategy in line with corporate strategy and priorities.
• Translate strategy into a multi-year roadmap with ambitions, investment cases, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the Group-level strategic partnership portfolio across BigTech and AI providers and negotiate agreements.
• Lead a small team, fostering intellectual rigor, candour, and outcomes.
• Monitor external landscape and translate signals into actionable strategic implications.
