AXA Group Operations seeks a Group Head Data & AI Strategy & Partnerships to steer enterprise-wide data and AI priorities and to cultivate value from a strategic external partner ecosystem. The role oversees a small team and drives a federated, multinational agenda with strong ties to executive leadership.

You will translate strategy into multi-year roadmaps, oversee partnerships with hyperscalers and AI platforms, and ensure measurable impact while navigating regulatory contexts across markets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree appreciated but not required.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience spanning strategy, data, technology, and/or AI, with at least 5 years in senior leadership influencing C-level audiences.
• Proven track record of shaping and executing enterprise-wide Data & AI or digital strategies in a large, international organisation—federated or multi-entity.
• Substantive experience in insurance with understanding of operating model, P&L drivers, and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrable experience in managing strategic partnerships at executive level with hyperscalers or major AI/data providers.
• Experience leading or deploying modern AI capabilities (ML, generative/agentic AI) at scale.
• Comfort operating across cultures and geographies; fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Shape and evolve the Group-wide Data & AI strategy in line with corporate strategy and regulatory priorities.
• Translate strategy into a multi-year roadmap with clear ambitions and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor external landscape and translate signals into actionable implications.
• Own the Group-level strategic partnership portfolio across BigTech and AI providers; negotiate strategic agreements.
• Ensure partnerships deliver measurable value and align with risk and procurement standards.
• Lead a small two-person team; develop capabilities and extend reach through external talent and partners.
• Operate as a player–coach, driving the most strategic engagements while enabling the team to lead independently.
