AXA Partners seeks a visionary Chief Data Officer to lead a global data evolution, building a unified platform and an AI-driven ecosystem across 14 regions and 5 central functions. You will shape the data strategy, drive cross-border analytics, and foster a data-centric culture with the Data & AI Transformation Steering Committee.

With extensive experience in insurance data, you will oversee governance, cloud migrations, and scalable AI/ML pipelines while collaborating with AXA Partners and AXA

Qualifications

• Industry insights in insurance data and KPIs.
• Global leadership experience with cross-border teams.
• Experience migrating legacy data to cloud and scalable AI/ML pipelines.
• 10+ years managing large, complex projects in global environments with Agile.
• Strong technical understanding of modern data stacks and core insurance systems.

Responsabilités

• Shape AXA Partners' global data strategy and drive value.
• Unify data via a global platform, standardize models for cross-border analytics.
• Drive AI/ML innovation across underwriting, risk and pricing engines.
• Foster a data-centric culture and guide the Data & AI Transformation Steering Committee.
• Oversee data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, insurance rules).
• Lead major Data & Analytics initiatives across IT and business functions.
• Manage and empower a team of ~30 data professionals and ~150 specialists globally.
