Job summary

Umicore is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support deployment and monitoring of the site’s Health, Safety and Environment policy. You will provide operational and administrative support across all HSE activities to drive continuous improvement.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will update risk assessments, maintain HSE databases, deliver trainings, and promote a strong safety culture on site. A Bachelor's or Master's in HSE is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health, Safety and Environment.
• Industrial environment experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update the implementation plan for Group HSE standards.
• Review and update regulatory and operational documentation.
• Collect, consolidate and update HSE statistics and indicators.
• Maintain HSE databases (training records, certifications, corrective actions).
• Draft and communicate HSE procedures and instructions.
• Support HSE audits, inspections and management reviews.
• Deliver HSE training sessions and awareness initiatives.
